Our facility has liability insurance. Additionally, you can take out optional insurance for items stored in your unit, covering theft and other unforeseen events.

Absolutely! You can complete the entire process remotely, with no need to contact staff.

To rent a unit, simply choose the size, complete the rental form, accept the required consents and make the payment on hi-box.pl. You can also rent a unit by contacting us via phone or email.

You can extend your agreement online via your account on hi-box.pl, or by contacting us by email or phone.

You can end your agreement through the mobile app or by contacting our team.

A one-month notice period applies.

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

You can pay for your unit directly in cash or online by card (bank transfer or Blik). Payments are processed by Fiserv.

Of course! You can rent any number of units of any type.

You may not store the following items in the unit:
– perishable goods;
– explosives, weapons, ammunition, or any military or police-grade equipment or technology;
– animals, as well as dead animals or carcasses;
– flammable, toxic or radioactive materials, including natural gas, petrol, oils, fuels and flammable chemicals;
– chemical substances;
– items whose possession is prohibited by law;
– items exceeding a weight of 300 kg per m² of the unit’s floor area.
